As part of the Global Legislative Openness Week, the OpenUp community and the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine are organizing OpenDataTalk “Open Parliamentary Data: How to Understand the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine through Data” on October 30 at 2 p.m. In Ukraine, the movement for open parliamentary data began in 2015. At the same time, the Parliament’s Open Data Portal was created, and the first data-based analytics services were created. During the discussion, representatives of the parliament, public organizations, think tanks will discuss the possibilities of open parliamentary data, cases of their use and prospects for development.
